Refound policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Thus, perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Select health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial reimbursements are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time to officially display your refund.
Then, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Items on sale or on promotion (if applicable)
Only items at regular prices are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on sale are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same article, email us at contact@plinio-atelier.com
and send your article to: Vers-Monthey 4, 1853 Yvorne, Switzerland.
gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift was sent the order for the purpose of giving it to you later, we will refund it to them and they will know that you returned their gift.

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address:

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 75CHF, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
